Black Mountain is located just west of Pine Creek Lake, acessible from a
trailhead in Paradise Valley, just south of Livingston, MT.

Electric Summit

Electric Peak is a non technical summit acessible by two trails,
the Glen Creek Trail (TH next to Bunsen Peak in Swan Lake Flats)
or the Northeast Trail (TH is Beattie Gulch Road, just north of Gardiner, MT).
Elephant Back Bench
On top of Elephant Back Hill there's a great little
bench with a view. The Elephant Back Hill Trailhead is
located just south of the Fishing Bridge junction.
Emerald Lake
Emerald Lake is located at the end of the Pine Creek trail,
just before Pine Creek Lake. The Pine Creek trailhead is located
in Paradise Valley, just south of Livingston, MT.
Feet over Cowan Cirque
Here's the view from the summit of Mt. Cowan, looking down
into the MT. Cowan Cirque. Mt. Cowan is accessible via a trail
that begins at the East Fork of Mill Creek. The photographer
enjoys heights.
Fish Lake
Fish Lake is tucked up against beautiful and (oddly enough)
unnamed peaks along the Bear Creek / Knox Lake trail. The
trailhead is located at the end of a long dirt road outside of
Jardine, MT.
Grotto Geyser
Grotto Geyser is one of many breathtaking geysers located in
the Upper Geyser Basin near Old Faithful.
Hoodoo Basin
Hoodoo Basin is a backcountry gem that is tucked away in
the easternmost corner of the park. The shortest access trail
is a strenuous 15 mile trail that ascends a 10,000 foot pass
before dropping into this mysterious basin. The trailhead is
located at the end of a long dirt road in Sunlight Basin, and
is accessible no earlier than mid-July.

Lower Falls
A view of Lower Falls from Uncle Tom's Trail. This trail is
perhaps one of the most exciting short trails in the park, descending
into the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone via a steel staircase.
Trailhead is located on the South Rim Drive.
Morning Meditation at Mary lake
Mary Lake is located at the halfway point of the Mary Mountain Trail,
a 20 mile trail that crosses Yellowstone's Central Plateau.
Moose Falls Plunge
Moose Falls of Crawfish Creek are located just north of the South Entrance.
Thermal features upstream warm this creek, making it a popular swimming hole.
Mt. Holmes Cirque
Park employee Randy Keener ascending Dome Mountain, the northernmost peak
of the Mt. Holmes cirque which surrounds Trilobite Lake. Mt. Holms is visible
on the left. This area is accessible via the Grizzly Lake or Winter Creek
trailheads, both located north of the Norris junction.
Mystic Falls
Mystic Falls are located at the end of a short trail that begins at
Buscuit Basin, just north of the Old Faithful area.
Crackling Lake
Colorful thermophiles surround Crackling Lake, which is located in
Porcelain Basin, in the Norris Geyser Basin.

Pelican Creek Nature Trail
The Pelican Creek Nature Trail is a short loop trail located
just east of Fishing Bridge. The trail moves along Pelican Creek
and ends at a beautiful Beach on Yellowstone Lake.
Round Prairie
Along the banks of Soda Butte Creek in Round Prairie, located near
the Pebble Creek campground.
Tower Falls
Tower Falls, located near the Tower Junction.

Union Falls
Union Falls is at the end of a 12 mile trail that begins
at Grassy Lake Reservoir. This trailhead is accessible via a
dirt road that begins at Flagg Ranch, just south of the South Entrance.
Violet Springs
Violet Springs, located near the Mary Mountain Trail in Hayden Valley.
Whiterock Springs
Whiterock Springs can be found along the Solfatara Trail.
This trail has two trailheads, one near the Norris Campground,
the other south of Obsidian Cliff.
Beartooth Pass
